  • Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Insurance

  • Insurance - K&K will provide each employee with Healthcare Insurance, $25,000 Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. Employees may also elect family healthcare coverage, dental insurance, vision coverage, or several other insurance plans which are available through the company, at his/her expense. Employees become eligible for insurance coverage the first of the next month after completing 90 days employment.
  • Section 125 - K&K has available a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan which allows any insurance payments to be a pre-tax deduction. Should an employee elect to participate in the Section 125, they cannot cancel any insurance coverage participation during the plan year, without a qualifying event.

Before you see an eye doctor, you’ll need to order a Vision Pass to take with you on your visit. You can order a Vision Pass by either calling the customer service telephone number or by creating a user name and password on the website. Network providers can be found on the website without loggin in.
